WHERE DO YOU MANUFACTURE YOUR PRODUCTS?

Emma Lou's Southern Pies is licensed by the Georgia Department of Agriculture. We manufacture our products at Leaven Kitchen which is a commercial kitchen located at 215 Laredo Dr., Suite 100, Decatur, GA 30030.

CAN I PHONE OR EMAIL AN ORDER FOR PICK-UP?

LOCAL ONLY: Please place your pick-up orders directly on our website www.emmaloupies.com rather than calling or emailing. Pick-up days are Thursdays & Fridays 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS?

If there is a problem with your Emma Lou’s Southern Pie product, please email us as soon as possible at orders@emmaloupies.com. Although we do not offer refunds, we may replace your pie, depending on the circumstance.

DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?

No. Currently, we do not accept walk-ins. We are not a storefront. We are a fulfillment center. All orders must be prepaid on our website www.emmaloupies.com.

IF I PLACE AN ORDER FOR PICK-UP, WHERE DO I PICK-UP MY ORDER?

DO I NEED TO CALL WHEN I ARRIVE FOR PICK-UP?

Yes. Please call when you arrive for pick-up. We can either let you inside to pick-up your order, or we can bring it to your car. The phone number is (404) 747-3666.

Do you offer same day pick-up?

No. We do not offer same day pick-up at this time. For example, if you place an order on Thursday or Friday, a pick-up day, you will have to wait to pick-up your order the following Thursday or Friday. All orders are pre-paid.

Should I order in advance?

Yes. We recommend that you pre-order on our website www.emmaloupies.com.

What is Emma Lou's Southern Pies Cancellation Policy?

All pre-orders require pre-payment. We do not offer refunds at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Do I need to pre-pay for my order?

Yes. We kindly ask that you pre-pay for all pre-orders on our website www.emmaloupies.com. Only pies that have been paid for can be held at the fulfillment center for pick-up.

Do you offer shipping?

We currently offer shipping for pie kits only. We ship nationwide. Our shipping days are Thursdays and Fridays.

Do you ship outside the US?

We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We CANNOT ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time. Please be sure to have a correct physical address. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address entries for online shipping orders.

Do you ship to apartments?

Yes. We do not require a signature for any packages, and we are not responsible for lost, stolen, unclaimed packages, packages left at doorsteps or with building attendants. Once the delivery is confirmed, we are no longer responsible for the package.

Do you require a signature for shipped pies?

We do not require a signature. However, it is recommended that someone is present to receive your package since it is perishable. Tracking information is sent once a pie order has been placed so that you may follow your pie’s journey.

HOW DO I STORE MY PIE?

Our freshly baked pies are good for up to 7 to 10 days refrigerated after purchase date.

HOW DO I STORE MY POUND CAKES?

Our freshly baked pound cakes are good for up to 10 to 14 days in a sealed plastic cake container.

DO YOUR PIES FREEZE WELL?

Yes. Our freshly baked pies freeze beautifully for up to 6 months. Our pie kits arrive frozen. The filling will last up to 9 months to 1 year if kept frozen. The dough will last up to 6 months if kept frozen.

WHAT SIZES DO YOU OFFER?

Our whole pie is 9” (approx. 6-8 servings); minis are 2" & 4" (approx. 1-2 servings); pie kits come in 6” & 9” (6” approx. 4 servings & 9” approx. 6-8 servings); pound cake 10" (approx. 16-20 servings).

IF I HAVE NUT ALLERGIES, CAN I EAT AN EMMA LOU’S SOUTHERN PIE?

We strive to keep our kitchen and products that do not contain nuts as safe as possible; however, our kitchen is not an allergy free kitchen. We strongly recommend our customers with gluten, dairy, nut, peanut, or any other type of food allergies to use caution and/or refrain from eating our pies.

DO YOU OFFER VEGAN/ GLUTEN FREE/ SUGAR FREE PIES?

We are pleased to offer our delicious mini vegan sweet potato pies. They are so good, you can’t tell the difference from the traditional pies! Our vegan pie dough is made in-house, by hand. We currently do not offer sugar free products; however, we are constantly working to create new and delicious flavors.

DOES EMMA LOU’S SOUTHERN PIES CATER FOR WEDDINGS, BABY SHOWERS, CORPORATE EVENTS ETC.?

Currently, we do not offer catering.

What products do you ship?

We ship pie kits only nationwide.

How should I handle pie kits after it’s been delivered?

Follow the instructions provided. Do not touch the dry ice with your bare hand.
